The Dunnville airport in Haldimand County hosted a British Commonwealth flight training school during WWII for pilots from Canada, Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand and the United States. At the No. 6 RCAF Dunnville Museum, you can see vintage aircraft and get a sense of what the training would have been like.
